Purpose
Mushandi helps businesses manage WhatsApp enquiries, customer context, lead capture, follow-ups, and AI-assisted replies. This policy explains the information we may process during pilots and early access use.
Information we process
We may process business contact details, staff user details, WhatsApp enquiry messages, customer names, phone numbers, lead records, quote notes, follow-up tasks, and operational logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide the AI Business Agent, maintain Customer Memory and Business Memory, draft staff responses, support Human Handover, improve service reliability, and help business owners understand enquiry and follow-up activity.
AI assistance
Mushandi may use AI services to classify enquiries, extract vehicle and part details, suggest replies, and summarize conversations. Early versions are designed for human review before business-critical responses are sent.
Sharing
We do not sell customer data. We may share data with infrastructure, messaging, analytics, and AI service providers only where needed to operate Mushandi and support the connected business.
Retention
We keep pilot data only as long as required to provide the service, support the business, comply with legal obligations, or evaluate pilot performance. A business may request deletion of pilot data.
