Service

Mushandi provides an AI Business Agent for WhatsApp-first small businesses, including enquiry capture, customer context, AI-assisted reply drafting, human handover, follow-up support, and owner visibility.

Early access

Mushandi is currently in early access. Features may change during pilots as the product is tested with real business workflows and customer enquiries.

Business responsibility

Businesses remain responsible for prices, quotes, stock availability, staff responses, legal compliance, and customer commitments. AI assistance should be reviewed before relying on it for commercial decisions.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use Mushandi for unlawful activity, spam, misleading messages, harassment, or violation of WhatsApp, Meta, or local regulatory requirements.

Payments

Paid pilots may include setup fees, monthly subscriptions, usage charges, and agreed add-ons. Specific pricing is confirmed in writing before a paid pilot starts.

Availability

Mushandi depends on third-party platforms such as messaging providers, hosting providers, and AI services. We work to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during early access.
